ASML Holding (ASML)- 3,000 July $100 puts were bought for $1.25-$1.45. Put activity was 5x the average daily volume. Shares have recovered in the last week, but it is struggling to regain the 100-day SMA ahead of earnings tomorrow morning.
Bed Bath & Beyond (BBBY)- The 1×2 Nov $67.50/$60 ratio put spread was put on 3,350 times for a $1.60 debit. Whether it has been their quarterly results or their FY outlook as of late, BBBY has found a way to disappoint investors in recent reports. On June 25th, Telsey Advisory reiterated their underperform rating and a $65 price target.
Micron Technology (MU)- The 1×2 Jan 2016 $20/$25 ratio call spread was put on 6,500 times for a $0.92 debit. There were reports last night that Tsinghua Unigroup is offering $21 per share to acquire to the company.

BBBY- Bed Bath & Beyond will report Q3 earnings after the bell tonight. Analysts are looking for $1.15 in EPS and revenue of $2.9 billion. The options market is implying a $4.66 move, or 5.86%, in either direction through January 2014 options expiration. Call to put ratio in (BBBY) options is 1.37, led by activity in the Jan. $80 calls.
FDO- Family Dollar Stores is set to announce Q1 earnings before the bell tomorrow morning. Analysts are looking for $0.69 in EPS and revenue of $2.5 billion. Option traders are pricing in a $3.25 move, or 4.92%, in either direction through Friday’s close. The call to put ratio in (FDO) options is 1.26, led by a buyer of roughly 500 Jan. 10 weekly $66.50 calls for $1.10-$1.25 each.

Options traders are pricing in a $5.42 move, or 7.23%, in either direction through October options expiration. The put to call ratio in the Oct. options is in favor of the bears at 2.80.
M- The Nov. $43/$46 bull risk reversal was put on 5k times for a $0.95 credit. Volume was below the open interest in both options. He/she needs shares of Macy’s at $43.95 or higher by November options expiration or losses will occur.
