- DWA- 2,213 Aug $21 puts were bought for $0.45 each, against open interest of 657 contracts. Earnings are due out tomorrow night. The stock has dropped after earnings on the last two reports (up on 4 out of the last 7 reports). The stock remains in a downtrend from the start of the year and was recently hit after “How to Train Your Dragon 2” missed box office estimates.
- FDO- 4,250 Oct $75 calls were bought for $1.05 each, against open interest of 66 contracts. Family Dollar Stores is set to be acquired for $8.5B by Dollar Tree
- FIVE- A rollout from 4,000 Aug $40 calls (credit) into 2,000 Sep $40 calls (debit). Volume was below the open open interest in both options.
- WFM- 2,500 Aug 16 $36.50 puts were purchased for $1.67-$1.76 each, against open interest of 86 contracts. Earnings are due out on 7/30.
