Smart Money Report
- GS- Goldman Sachs is set to announce Q3 earnings before the bell tomorrow morning. Analysts are looking for $2.43 in EPS and revenue of $7.4 billion. The options market is implying a $4.50 move, or 2.78%, in either direction through Friday’s close. Call to put ratio in (GS) options is 2.50. - IBM- International Business Machines will report Q3 earnings after the bell tonight. Analysts are looking for $3.96 in EPS and revenue of $24.7 billlion. Options traders are pricing in a $7.00 move, or 3.76%, in either direction through Friday’s close. The call to put ratio in (IBM) options is currently 1.25.
- CAM- A likely rollout from 5,130 Nov. $65 calls (credit) into 5,130 Nov. $70 calls (debit). Volume was above the open interest in the Nov. $70 calls.
- GM- The Nov. $32/$36 bull risk reversal was put on 10,000 times for a $0.41 debit. Volume was above the open interest in the Nov. $32 puts.
- SWK- The Jan. 2015 $75/$90 call spread was put on 2,500 times for a $5.90 debit. Volume was above the open interest in both options. Shares of Stanley Black & Decker are down 14.49% today, following a weak FY outlook this morning.
- AAPL- Apple shares are trying once again to close above the $500 level, up 0.46% today. The call to put ratio in (AAPL) options is 1.97, led by activity in the Oct. $500 and $505 calls.
