AK Steel (AKS)- Another 2,000 June 19 $6 calls were purchased for $0.14, against open interest of 12,548 contracts (large buying in these on Friday). Earnings are due out tomorrow morning. The stock recently broke out of a multi-month downtrend.
H&R Block (HRB)- More than 4,000 July $35 calls were bought for $0.55-$0.60, against open interest of 1,916 contracts. On April 23rd, they said tax results through April 16th helped revenues increase even with fewer returns prepared. EBITDA margins are still projected to be around 30%.
IMAX Corp (IMAX)- 7,000 May $39 calls were purchased for $0.65-$0.80. This was tied to 200,000+ shares. Earnings are due out on April 30th (moved higher on 6 out of the last 7 reports). Large open interest remains in the June $33, $36, and $40 calls (not tied to stock in these instances).

BB&T Corp (BBT)- A rollout from 2,280 Apr $39 puts ($1.05 credit) into 3,420 Apr $38 puts ($0.59 debit). They initially rolled from 1,140 Apr $40 puts ($1.07 credit) into the Apr $39 puts ($0.56 debit) on March 24th.
BioTime (BTX)- More than 2,400 Sep $7.50 calls traded with the majority being bought for $0.50-$0.55, against open interest of 2,935 contracts.  Roughly 2,000 were bought on March 24th for $0.65. Last week, the stock broke out above the June 2013 resistance level at $4.75.
Cepheid (CPHD)- 2,500 May $50 puts were sold for $1.50 each. Earnings are due out in the middle of April.
H&R Block (HRB)- There was sizable buying in the May $32 calls (2,300 traded) and July $32 calls (3,350 traded) today. Implied volatility jumped 12.9% to 26.21. Tax season earnings will come out in early June.

HRB- H&R Block is set to announce Q3 earnings after the bell tonight. Analysts are looking for -$0.11 in EPS and revenue of $519 million. Option traders are pricing in a $2.15 move, or 6.86%, in either direction through Mar. options expiration. The put to call ratio in (HRB) options is currently 6.98, led by large selling in the Mar. 2014 $30 puts. The stock has declined after reporting earnings on the three previous reports.
HP- Over 12k Mar. $95 puts were purchased for $0.55-$0.60 each, against open interest of 435 contracts.
RFMD- Over 3,000 May $8 calls were bought for $0.35 each, against open interest of 966 contracts.
SPY- A rollout from 39,350 Mar. $184 calls (credit) into 39,350 Apr. $190 calls (debit). Volume was below the open interest in both options.

DG- Dollar General will report Q2 earnings before the bell tomorrow morning. Analysts are looking for $0.74 in EPS and revenue of $4.4 billion. Options traders are pricing in a $3.70 move, or 6.90%, in either direction through September options expiration. The call to put ratio in the Sep. options is in favor of the bulls at 3.20.
HRB- One of the few earnings reports that will be released tonight will come from H&R Block. Analysts are looking for -$0.37 in EPS and revenue of $98.4 million. The options market is implying a $1.80 move, or 6.41%, in either direction through Sep. options expiration. (HRB) shares are down 11.62% since hitting an all-time high on August 1st.
